the order is placed and payment for the goods made via
any of the permitted options, the order remains valid
and cannot be cancelled in the intervening period between

Items must be returned in new & unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. We take pictures of each item before the shipping. After inspecting the returned merchandise and comparing with the pictures taken at the time of shipping, we will reimburse as per policy specified below.
If returned item found used/deliberately damaged, we will refuse the return.
If item is delivered damaged, DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE FROM THE SHIPPER. IF YOU ACCEPT THE PACKAGE, TAKE THE CERTIFICATE OF DAMAGE. We will not accept return, without the certificate issued by the shipper.

General Return Policy |

Since
each order is tailored/altered exclusively for our customers,
we are constrained to have a policy of no exchange or
return for Saris, Lehngas and Suits. Return of other products
will attract 20% re-stocking fees and the shipping cost.
Customer will be responsible for shipping cost to our
New Jersey, USA stock point. Item(s) must be returned within
SEVEN DAYS of the receipt date. Any return needs prior approval.

Return in case of damage requires email authorization.
Item(s) returned without authorization will not be accepted
and returned to the customer. We will not be responssible for loss or damage of return shipments.

International orders are notified via e-mail with the
cost of Shipping and Handling (S&H). Once acceptance of
the S&H fee is received, the order is shipped via international
carrier. Customers are responsible for any customs, duty
or taxes imposed on foreign orders. Please note that the
shipping schedule is quoted by the shipping company and
any delays are the responsibility of the shipping company.

Custom Order |

Style/design change, plus size orders and other major change in product are considered as custom order. It takes 3-4 weeks to ship custom order. Size 2x and above may take longer to ship. It may not be possible to make certain dresses/tunics in plus size. Please call for further assistance. |

impossible for us to replicate the same colors on an outfit
as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade
selected by you is considered as a normal practice as
these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades
of a color under different light and medium. |

in weave, block print or embroidery are a characteristic
of the process and beyond our control. At times actual
outfit may be little different in design than displayed

cholis in choli suits have elastic behind for adjustment
to nearest size.
* Since majority of the outfits are semi finished at times,
it is not possible to increase/decrease sleeve length
&/or top length. Before purchasing the outfit, please
